【摘要】 企业的竞争实质是企业家之间能力的较量,企业家能力已成为企业能否实现利益最大化和能否可持续发展的决定因素,企业家的能力对企业生存、发展有着极其重要的意义.本文首先借助系统工程的理论与方法,利用Delphi法构建评价矩阵识别企业家能力因子;其次,结合企业家能力因子的特征,构建企业家能力因子解释结构模型(ISM),探讨了企业家能力因子之间的内在关系,为培植企业家核心能力提供了相关建议.更多还原

【Abstract】 The essence of the competitive ability of a trial of strength between the entrepreneurs, maximize the benefits in achieving sustainable development and can,play a decisive role in Entrepreneurial capability,the capability of entrepreneurs to business survival, development has an important significance.In this paper,with systems engineering theory and methods,the use of Delphi method to identify entrepreneurs to build evaluation capacity factor matrix;Secondly,the capacity factor,combined with the characteristics of entrepreneurs,to build entrepreneurial capacity factor to explain the structure of the model(ISM),the capacity factor of entrepreneurs the intrinsic relationship between,in order to cultivate the capacity of entrepreneurs to the core provides the relevant recommendations.更多还原
