【摘要】 目的:观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗乳腺癌术后皮瓣坏死的疗效。方法:对76例乳腺癌术后皮瓣坏死患者随机分为治疗组(MEBO组40例)和对照组(36例),MEBO组用MEBO治疗,对照组采用传统疗法治疗。结果:MEBO组总有效率100%,30天痊愈率明显高于对照组(x~2=5.24,P<0.05);平均痊愈时间为16.28天±2.86天,明显优于对照组的21.57天±3.42天(t=7.34,P<0.001)。结论:MEBO治疗乳腺癌术后皮瓣坏死疗效显著,方法简便,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the efficacy of MEBO in treating flap necrosis of post - operation of breast cancer.Methods:76 cases of patients with flap necrosis after operation of breast cancer were randomly divided into testing group(n = 40) and control group(n = 36).In testing group,the patients were treated with MEBO ointment;while,in control group,the patients were treated with conventional method.Result:The total effective rate of testing group was 100%.The curative rate of MEBO group at 30th day post - operation was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(X~2 = 5.24,P<0.05).The average wound healing time in MEBO group was 16.28±2.86 days,which were significantly shorter than that in conventional group(t = 7.34,P<0.001).Conclusion:MEBO Ointment has significant effect in treating flap necrosis of post - operation of breast cancer.It is a simple,easy way to operation and is worthy to be popularized.更多还原
