【摘要】 目的:研究抑癌基因PTEN(第10号染色体丢失的张力蛋白同源的磷酸酶基因)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在病理性瘢痕中的表达及其相关性。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测正常皮肤、扁平瘢痕、增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩组织中PTEN、VEGF蛋白的表达并进行统计学分析。结果:病理性瘢痕组织中PTEN蛋白表达显著低于正常皮肤、扁平瘢痕(P<0.05);病理性瘢痕组织中VEGF蛋白表达增高,与正常皮肤、扁平瘢痕对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);四类组织中PTEN蛋白和VEGF蛋白呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:VEGF及PTEN是病理性瘢痕发生发展中重要的调控因子,PTEN在病理性瘢痕中表达的下降可能导致VEGF的上升,从而导致病理性瘢痕的形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the Expression and correlation of PTEN(cancer suppressor gene) and VEGF in pathological scar.Methods:Expression of PTEN and VEGF in the normal skin,flat scar,hypertrophic scar and keloid was determined by Immunohistochemistry with SP method and analyzed with statistics processing.Results:Compared to normal skin and flat scar,expression level of PTEN was significantly lower that in pathological scar(P<0.05) .Expression of VEGF protein in pathological scar increased,compared to that in normal skin and flat scar,it had statistically differences(P<0.05).There was negative correlation between PTEN protein and VEGF protein in four kinds of tissue (P<0.05).Conclusion:VEGF and PTEN are all important regulatory factors in the occurrence and development of pathological tissue.The decrease of expression of PTEN in the pathological scar may cause the increase of VEGF,which results in the formation of pathological scar.更多还原
