【摘要】 目的:总结烧伤皮肤再生医疗技木在治疗烧伤创面中的临床疗效。方法:全程采用皮肤再生医疗技术治疗1364例烧伤患者,同时根据病情予以抗休克、抗感染、营养支持等全身综合性治疗。结果:治愈1297例,好转67例;浅Ⅱ度创面平均愈合时间为7.2天±2.1天,深Ⅱ度创面平均愈合时间为15.2天±2.5天,浅Ⅲ度创面平均愈合时间为50.4天±9.2天,深Ⅲ度创面平均愈合时间为64.2天±10.5天。其中深Ⅲ度创面愈后有片状瘢痕生长,功能受限。结论:MEBT/MEBO综合治疗各种烧伤创面疗效显著,预后好,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of MEBT/MEBO in treating burn wounds.Method: 1364 cases of burn patients were treated with MEBT/MEBO in the whole course.At the same time,comprehensive treatment including anti-shock,anti-infecton and nutrition support etc were used according to condition of patient.Results: Of the 1364 cases,1297 cases healed and 67 cases improved.The average healing time was 7.2d±2.1d,15.2d±2.5d, 50.4d±9.2d and 64.2d±10.5d for superficialⅡdegree wound,deepⅡdegree wound,superficialⅢdegree wound and deepⅢdegree wound respectively.Among of them,flake scars and function limited were observed in the case of the deepⅢdegree wound.Conclusion:Treating burns with MEBT/MEBO has significant effect and good prognosis,so it is worthy of popularization.更多还原
