【摘要】 目的:观察MEBO用于CO₂激光手术治疗腋臭术后创面的临床疗效。方法:腋臭患者68例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例,68个创面。观察组于CO₂激光手术治疗腋臭术后创面涂抹MEBO,以覆盖创面为度,无菌纱布包扎;对照组除不涂抹MEBO外,其余方法同观察组。两组均治疗40天后进行疗效评定,无效者改用其他疗法,治疗结束后即行疗效评定。治愈患者愈后6个月复查,观察瘢痕形成情况。结果:观察组治愈66个创面,好转2个,治愈率97.06%;对照组治愈56个创面,好转11个,无效1个,治愈率82.35%,观察组治愈率明显高于对照组（x²=4.01,P<0.05）。治愈天数比较:观察组平均愈合时间（29.09±2.99）天;对照组平均愈合时间（30.76±3.10）天,观察组治愈天数明显短于对照组（t=2.02,P<0.05）。瘢痕形成情况:观察组瘢痕形成1个创面（1.52%）;对照组瘢痕形成6个创面（10.71%）。观察组瘢痕形成率明显低于对照组（x²=4.75,P<0.05）。结论:MEBO用于CO₂激光手术治疗腋臭术后创面的治疗可加快创面愈合、提高治愈率、减少瘢痕形成,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO in treating post-operation wounds of bromidrosis surgery with CO₂ laser.Methods:68 cases of patients with bromidrosis were divided into two groups evenly and randomly, i.e.observation group（n =34） and control group（n =34）.In observation group,MEBO was applied to and covered on the wounds after CO₂ Laser Surgery,then the wounds were bandaged with sterile gauze dressing.In control group,wound management method was same as the observation group except MEBO not to be used.The effect evaluation was carried out in two groups after 40 days treatment.The other treatment was used to treat the ineffective cases.At the end of the other treatment,the effective evaluation was made again.The scar formation was observed after 6months follow-up visit.Results:In the observation group,66 wounds were cured and 2 wounds was improved;the cure rate was 97.06%. In the control group,56 wounds were cured,2 were improved and a wound was ineffective.The cure rate was 82.35%. The cure rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group（x² = 4.01,P<0.05）.The average healing time of observation group（29.09±2.99d） was significantly shorter than that of control group（30.76±3.10d,t =2.02,P<0.05）.The scar formation rate of observation group（1 wound,1.52%） was markedly lower than that of control group（6 wounds,10.71%,x² =4.75,P<0.05）.Conclusion:It is worthy of popularization to treat postoperation wounds of bromidrosis surgery of CO₂ laser with MEBO due to promoting wound healing,improving cure rate and reducing sear formation.更多还原
