【摘要】 目的:观察应用MEBO(湿润烧伤膏)治疗各种烧伤创面的临床效果。方法:局部创面用MEBO涂布,及时清除坏死组织、充分引流、加强全身营养支持及抗感染等综合治疗。结果:200例烧伤患者中浅Ⅱ度烧伤180例,深Ⅱ度烧伤20例,应用MEBO治疗均完全愈合,无功能障碍。结论:应用MEBO治疗烧伤操作简单,可缓解疼痛、预防感染、缩短疗程,瘢痕愈合率低,疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of MEBO in treating burns wound.Method:System treatment was made including application of MEBO on the local wound,timely removal of necrotic tissue,keeping drainage fully, strengthening nutritional support and anti-infection of the whole body etc.Results:In 200 cases of burn patients,180 cases were superficialⅡdegree burn and 20 cases were deepⅡdegree burn.All cases were healed without dysfunction.Conclusion:It is a simple and easy way with relieving pain,preventing wound from infection,shortening wound healing time,reducing scar rate and having markedly efficacy to treat burns with MEBO.更多还原
