【摘要】 随着中国高等教育从精英教育向大众化教育的转型,地方本科院校已逐步成为我国高等学校的重要组成部分,院校由专科升格为本科,急剧扩大招生,学校的规模迅速扩大,教务管理面临许多新的难题,旧的教务管理机制和教务管理队伍现状已成为制约地方院校快速发展的瓶颈。鉴于目前地方本科院校教务管理队伍的现状及危机,高素质的教务管理队伍对地方院校的生存和发展尤为重要,必须通过一系列的教务管理人员评价机制和措施来实现教务管理队伍综合素质的提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the Chinese higher education transferring from elite education to mass education, local undergraduate institutions have gradually become an important part of Chinese universities, and institutions upgraded by specialist undergraduate, dramatically increasing enrollment, the school has expanded rapidly, the Senate Management faces many new challenges, the old management mechanism and the Senate the Senate the status quo management team has become a constraining bottleneck for the rapid development of local institutions. This paper analyzes there exist current status and crisis for educational administration in local university, the importance of existence and development, to propose a series of effective academic management personnel evaluation mechanisms and practical measures to achieve the academic enhancement of the overall quality management team, thereby enhancing the level of the entire teaching management for local development and expansion of undergraduate institutions to provide basic protection.更多还原
