合成纤维抗静电加工技术分析

【摘要】 本文着重阐述了耐久性抗静电法合成纤维材料的加工方法,详细介绍了暂时性抗静电法和耐久性抗静电法的工艺方法及特点,着重对表面改性(后加工法)、抗静电剂混入法、导电纤维混入法三种方法进行了对比,从而分析出每种方法的优劣性,并对今后抗静电纤维的研究开发方向作了说明。

【Abstract】 The durable anti-static electricity synthetic fiber material processing method was elaborated in this article.The temporary anti-static electricity law and the durable anti-static electricity method and the characteristics were introduced in detail.The surface modifying method(post-processing method),anti-static electricity mixing method and conducting fiber mixing method were compared.The advantages and disadvantages of each method were analyzed.The explanation to the next anti-static electricity textile fiber’s research development direction was given.
