【摘要】 针对知识经济时代的时代要求和高校竞争激烈程度的日益加强,本文系统的研究了在知识转换的六个过程中所采取的三种不同的知识管理策略——需求化策略、整合化策略和群体化策略以及它们所使用的三种工具——知识地图、知识库和知识社群在高校知识生产活动和高校基本职能管理中的应用,将先进的知识管理理论与实践应用于高校管理,提高学校的知识共享和创新能力从而提高学校的教育绩效,最终结果是将学校转型为学习型高校,并借以提高我国普通高等教育的生命力和核心竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increasing strengthening of demands of knowledge economy times and the fierce degree of competition in universities,this thesis points out that there exist three different knowledge management strategies and three facilities adopted in the six process of knowledge transformation by systematic research.They are requirement strategy,integration strategy and groups strategy,and three facilities are respectively knowledge map,knowledge database and knowledge community.The thesis explains the application of them in knowledge production and management of basic function in universities.The advanced knowledge management theories and practices should be applied in the management of universities.Improving the knowledge sharing and innovation capacity of schools can enhance educational performance in schools.The end result is that the college and university can be transformed into a learning one.The life-force and core competitive power of general higher education in our country can also be improved.更多还原
