甘蔗天然活性高级醇的超临界流体提取制备与分析
Supercritical Fluid Extraction Preparation and Analysis on Natural Active Higher Alcohols of Sugarcane
【摘要】 利用超临界CO2流体技术提取甘蔗皮渣中甘蔗天然活性高级醇,为甘蔗天然产物无污染提取分离提供技术参考。试验优化不同萃取工艺条件,得出最适条件为萃取压力25MPa,温度50℃,时间4h。通过GC-MS定性定量分析,萃取物纯度高达85%以上,主要成分为C22以上的高级脂肪醇与植物甾醇组分。高级脂肪醇以C22~C30偶碳高级脂肪醇为主,其中以二十八烷醇含量最高,达45%左右;植物甾醇以麦角甾醇和豆甾醇衍生物形式存在,含量为6.33%~8.66%。试验工艺流程简易,所萃取出的甘蔗天然活性高级醇纯度较高,可为保健食品和制药行业提供天然添加辅料。
【Abstract】 The natural active higher alcohols of sugarcane were extracted and produced from the bagasse of cane epidermis using supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technology and which has been put forward a technical reference for extracting and separating the pollution-free natural active products of sugarcane in this study. The extraction processes were optimized and the optimized technological process of extraction pressure is for 25 MPa, the temperature is for 50 ℃ and the lasted time is for 4 hours. From the analytic identification and quantification using GC-MS, the natural active higher alcohols of sugarcane obtained was found up to 85 % purity and which containing the higher aliphatic alcohols with even number of carbon atoms from 22 to 30 and the phytosterol derivatives. Octacosanol is detected as the main component of natural active higher alcohols with the highest content of 45 %. Phytosterol is existed in the form of ergosterol derivatives and stigmasterol derivatives and which content is range from 6.33 % to 8.66 %. In this paper, the whole trials and processes were simple and the natural active higher alcohols of sugarcane obtained have a higher purity, which provides health food and pharmaceutical industries with the natural additives.
