【摘要】 研究膜分离技术在花生壳中多酚提取液纯化上的应用,研究表明:使用微滤膜除杂,纳滤膜浓缩后,提取液中多酚的纯度从9%提高到18.67%,体积减少95.6%,固含由5.4%提升到43.9%,且检验证明经膜处理后提取物仍具有较高的抗氧化能力和一定的抗菌效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Study the membrane separation technology in the peanut shells on the purification of polyphenol extract the application of studies have shown that the use of micro-filtration membrane impurity removal,nanofiltration concentration,the purity of polyphenol extract from 9 % to 18.67 %,volume reduction of 95.6 %,solid content from 5.4 % to 43.9 %,and the test to certify that membrane extracts after treatment still has a higher antioxidant capacity and some anti-bacterial effect.更多还原
