【Abstract】 In this study,using ELISA method to determinate the residueses of diethylstilbestrol in meat and meat product.This rapid method is specific and sesitive.The detection limit of this method is 0.5 μg/kg.The method coefficient of variation is 7.6 %-7.8 % for DES.The recovery of DES is 88.36 %-90.68 %.更多还原
