野生藜篙提取物毒理安全性研究

【摘要】 目的:为了判定鄱阳湖野生藜篙对人体健康是否产生危害,进行了藜篙提取物安全性毒理学评价。方法:采用急性毒性实验、Ames实验、小鼠骨髓微核实验、微小鼠精子畸形实验和30d喂养实验对藜篙提取物急性毒性、致突变性及亚慢性毒性进行了研究。结果:鄱阳湖野生藜篙提取物小鼠急性毒性实验LD50>20.0g/kg.bw,属实际无毒;对基因、体细胞及生殖细胞无明显致突作用;受试物分别按5、2.5、1.25g/kg.bw的剂量喂养大鼠30d,结果显示,动物未出现异常。结论:根据实验结果,判定鄱阳湖野生藜篙为安全性食品。

【Abstract】 Objective: Extraction of wild Artemisia selengensis Turcz in Boyang Lake was necessary to make the toxicological assessment. Methods: Some tests of acute toxicity,micronucleus of born marrow cell,sperm shape abnormality in mice,Ames and thirty day feeding were conducted in order to judge the dangers on man. Results: Extraction of Artemisia selengensis Turcz belonged to actually non-toxicity,tests of micronucleus of born marrow cell,sperm shape abnormality in mice,Ames were negative. Conclusion: Extraction of wild Artemisia selengensis Turcz in Boyang Lake was safety for man.
