不同氮源对丙酮酸分批发酵的影响及动力学模型的建立

【摘要】 有机氮蛋白胨和无机氮(NH4)2SO4及其不同浓度进行丙酮酸分批发酵,测定了菌体浓度、产物浓度和基质浓度三项指标,从而推导出细胞生长、产物生成和基质消耗的发酵动力学方程和数学模型,其模拟曲线与实验值较好地相吻合,为产业化设计和生产提供了可靠的保障。

【Abstract】 The effects of two different nitrogen sources,peptone and ( NH4 ) 2SO4 on the growth of pyruvate production in batch fermentations were investigated. During fermentation of pyruvate,the measurement of cell concentration,pyruvate concentration and glucose concentration were taken.Based on the indexes above,kinetic equations and mathematical modes of cell growth,pyruvate production and substrate consumption were proposed.The simulation curve coincideed well with experiment values,which would offer assurance for the industrial design and production of pyruvate.
