固体二氧化氯果蔬保鲜剂适宜配方的研究
Study on the formula of immobilized chlorine dioxide preservative
【摘要】 主要研究了酸化剂、粘合剂、吸水剂等因素对固体二氧化氯释放速率的影响。实验结果表明,酸化剂作为释放助剂能活化固体二氧化氯,使其释放出气态二氧化氯,其中,酸化剂D的效果好于其他种类酸化剂;粘合剂和吸水剂A作为缓释助剂可以有效控制二氧化氯的释放速度;缓释效果最佳的药剂配方为:二氧化氯与酸化剂D的质量配比为3∶7,二氧化氯与全部助剂的质量配比为1∶3。
【Abstract】 The effects of such factors as acidic activator,bond and Absorbent etc on the release rate of immobilized chlorine dioxide were studied. The results showed that acidic reagent could activate immobilized and made it release chlorine dioxide. Acidic reagent D was the best one among four types of acidic reagent used. The release rate could be effectively controlled by adding bond and Absorbent reagent A. The optimum formula was that immobilized chlorine dioxide mixed with releaser at the ratio of 3∶7. The optimum ratio of immobilized chlorine dioxide to aid reagent was 1∶3.
