溶剂法提取茴香黄酮的研究初报

【摘要】 研究了茴香中黄酮类化合物的提取,采用溶剂法,用正交实验法分析考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度及料液比等因素对黄酮提取率的影响,用NaNO2-Al(NO33-NaOH比色法测定茴香中总黄酮含量。结果表明:用80%乙醇水溶液为溶剂,料液比为1:20,在75℃回流2h的工艺条件下,总黄酮提取量较高,提取率为2.69%。

【Abstract】 The extraction of flavonoids from fennel by using solvent method was studied.By orthogonal test,the effect of extraction time,ethanol concentration,extraction temperature and the ratio of feedstock to solvent on extraction was reviewed.The method of NaNO2-Al(NO33-NaOH was used to determine the content of flavonoids.The results showed that the optimum extracting conditions of a higher total flavonoids were:the concentration of ethanol was 80%,the ratio of feedstock and solvent was 1:20,the temperature was 75℃and the time of extraction was 2h.Under the condition,the extraction rate was 2.69%.
