广州市水果中砷含量特征分析

【摘要】 利用原子荧光-氢化物发生法测定了广州市市售水果中砷的含量,通过标准物质(GBW08551猪肝)和回收率控制检测质量。结果表明,不同水果中砷含量有较大差异,含量范围为ND~0.0498mg/kg,平均含量为0.0178mg/kg,不同类型水果中砷含量:浆果类(0.0208±0.0124mg/kg)>热带及亚热带水果(0.0204±0.0097mg/kg)>仁果类(0.0202±0.0141mg/kg)>柑橘类(0.0173±0.0110mg/kg)>瓜果类(0.0143±0.0058mg/kg)>核果类(0.0140±0.0086mg/kg)。

【Abstract】 Arsenic content in fruit from the Guangzhou city was determined after acid digestion by hydride generation atomic fluorescent spectrometry. All fruits were sampled from supermarkets and terminal markets. Accuracy was assured using standard reference material (GBW08551) and recovery experiments. A wide range of arsenic content(ND~0.0498mg/kg) was found among the various fruit,the mean arsenic content in fruit was 0.0178mg/kg. The arsenic content of various fruit groups was:Berry(0.0208±0.0124mg/kg)>Tropic fruit(0.0204±0.0097mg/kg)>Kernal fruit(0.0202±0.0141mg/kg)>Orange fruit(0.0173±0.0110mg/kg)>Melons(0.0143±0.0058mg/kg)>Drupe fruit(0.0140±0.0086mg/kg).
