喷雾干燥法制备蜂胶微胶囊的研究

【摘要】 以蜂胶中主要活性物质类黄酮的微胶囊化效率为考察指标,对蜂胶提取物进行微胶囊化处理,探讨喷雾干燥法制备蜂胶提取物微胶囊的工艺。结果表明,最佳微胶囊原料配方为:阿拉伯胶与β-环糊精的比例为1∶1,芯材与壁材的比例为1∶3,固形物浓度为30%,单甘酯为0.2%;最佳喷雾干燥工艺条件为:进料流量40mL.min-1,进风温度180℃,出风温度60℃。在此工艺条件下微胶囊化蜂胶提取物的效率可达到93.51%;制备的蜂胶提取物微胶囊为淡黄色细小颗粒,水分含量2.51%,密度0.86g/cm3,溶解度96.13%,类黄酮含量6.82%,包埋效果良好。

【Abstract】 Spray-drying was employed for microencapsulation of propolis extract in this study and the microencapsulation coefficient of propolis flavonoid acted as a main inspect index.The results showed that the best material compositions for the microencapsulation were as follows:the gum acacia to β-cyclodextrin proportion was 1:1 in the wall materials,proportion of propolis extract to wall materials was 1:3,30% of solid concentration,0.2% glyceryl monostearate.The optimum processing parameters for the microencapsulation were as follows:the feed-speed of mixture 40mL.min-1,outlet temperature 180℃and inlet temperature 60℃.Under the optimal conditions,microencapsulation efficiency was 93.51%.The microcapsule of propolis extract were fine particles with pallide-flavens color,and the content of moisture,the density,solubility and the content of flavonodis were about 2.51%,0.86g/cm3,96.13%,6.82% respectively.
