【摘要】 目的研究脐动脉血乳酸水平与羊水过少新生儿结局之间的关系。方法选择198例临产前超声检查提示羊水过少、胎心监护无应激试验(NST)反应型的孕妇作为观察组,以同期住院的200例羊水正常、NST反应型的孕妇作为对照组,检测两组新生儿脐动脉血乳酸水平及生后行为神经评分并进行比较。结果观察组脐动脉血乳酸水平明显高于对照组(t=1.98,P<0.05)。以对照组脐动x-±2.58s为界值,观察组脐动脉血乳酸超过界值者占32.83%,其中不良结局儿占63.53%。结论脐动脉高血乳酸水平与羊水过少新生儿不良结局有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between the levels of lactic acid in umbilical artery blood and the outcome of neonatals with oligohydramnios. Methods The present study was conducted in 198 pregnant women with oligohydramnios and no-stress test (NST) reaction, and 200 pregnant women with normal amniotic fluid with reactive NST were assigned as controls. Detection of lactic acid levels in blood of umbilical artery and score of neonatal behavioral neurological assessment (NBNA) were undertaken and compared. Results Levels of lactic acid of those in observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group (t=1.98,P<0.05). Control group ±2.58s was taken as critical value. Those in the observation group with excessive critical value accounted for 32.83%, in which, 63.53% of them produced poor newborn outcomes. Conclusion High levels of lactic acid in blood of umbilical artery are related to the adverse outcomes of neonatal with oligohydramnios.更多还原
