【摘要】 目的研究核受体共激活因子SRC-1和SRC-3蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法,检测20例正常子宫内膜、10例不典型增生内膜及50例子宫内膜癌组织中SRC-1和SRC-3蛋白的表达水平。结果子宫内膜癌组织中SRC-1和SRC-3蛋白阳性表达率均高于不典型增生内膜和正常子宫内膜,差异有显著性(χ2=6.562、6.743,P<0.05);且3种组织间SRC-1和SRC-3蛋白表达强度不同,差异有显著性(H=11.215、27.956,P<0.05),在子宫内膜癌中呈过度表达,不典型增生内膜中为高表达,正常内膜为弱表达或不表达。SRC-1和SRC-3蛋白表达与肿瘤的病理类型、手术病理分期、组织学分级和淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05),但雌激素受体(ER)阳性组SRC-1和SRC-3蛋白表达高于ER阴性组(χ2=3.900、4.258,P<0.05),且在子宫内膜癌中SRC-1和SRC-3表达与ER表达呈正相关(r=0.472、0.389,P<0.05)。SRC-3蛋白表达与肿瘤组织的肌层浸润深度有关(χ2=5.348,P<0.05)。结论SRC-1和SRC-3过多表达可能与子宫内膜癌的发生发展有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the protein expressions of nuclear receptor coactivators SRC-1 and SRC-3 in endometrial carcinoma(EC) and their clinical significance. Methods The expressions of SRC-1 and SRC-3 in endometrial tissue were examined with immunohistochemistry SP method in 20 cases of normal endometrium,10 cases of hyperplastic endometrium,and 50 cases of EC. Results The positive expression rates of SRC-1 and SRC-3 proteins in EC were significantly higher than that in hyperplastic and normal endometrium(χ2=6.562,6.743;P<0.05).The expression intensity of SRC-1 and SRC-3 proteins were significantly different among the three groups(H=11.215,27.956;P<0.05),with excessive expression in EC,high expression in hyperplastic endometrium,weak or non-expression in normal endometrium.The expressions of SRC-1 and SRC-3 proteins were not related to pathological type,pathological stage,histological grade and lymphatic metastasis(P>0.05).Those showing positive estrogen receptors(ER) had higher expressions of SRC-1 and SRC-3 than those with negative ER expression(χ2=3.900,4.258;P<0.05).SRC-1 and SRC-3 expressions in EC were positively correlated with ER expression(r=0.472,0.389;P<0.05).The expression of SRC-3 protein was related to the infiltration depth of carcinoma into myometrial tissue(χ2=5.348,P<0.05). Conclusion The overexpressions of SRC-1 and SRC-3 protein may associate with the occurrence and development of EC.更多还原
