【摘要】 通过总结国家级社会体育指导员培训工作所取得的成效,对各培训基地在依据《国家级社会体育指导员培训大纲》的基础上所开展的培训工作进行研究,针对全国各培训基地在培训工作中所存在的问题,进行全面系统科学的分析。并在此基础上提出相应对策,力求通过完善培训体系,加快培养国家级社会体育指导员的速度提高培训质量,进而加快我国全民健身计划开展的步伐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through summarizing achievements of the training work for national level social sports directors,this article researches the training work conducted by each training base under the guidance of "The Training Outline for Social Sports Directors".Directed against problems in the training work of each national training base,this article conducts a comprehensive and systematic analysis,based on which countermeasures are given in the hope of enhancing the training speed and quality of national level social sports directors and quickening the pace of Chinese national fitness program.更多还原
