ZK-RJD高效液体高分子合成水泥助磨剂的特性及其应用

【摘要】 以马来酸酐、马来酸酰胺和烯丙基醚等为原料合成一种高分散、高早强活化作用的高分子水泥助磨剂,并将其用于水泥熟料的粉磨试验。研究结果表明:助磨剂掺量为0.03%时,粉磨成品经激光粒度仪分析,粒径在0~1μm和1~3μm范围的含量分别比基准试样高29.58%和20.33%;水泥强度测试表明,砂浆试块3d抗压强度提高了16.6%,28d抗压强度提高了7.7%。

【Abstract】 A high dispersive and high early strength activated macromolecular cement grinding aid was synthesized by maleic anhydride, maleate amide and allyl ether and used in clinker grinding text. The results showed that by means of laser particle size analyzer, when the amount of grinding aids was 0.03% , the amount of clinker powder with particle size between 0-1μm and 1-3μm could be increased 29.58% and 20.33% respectively than those of contrast samples. The 3d and 28d compressive strength of cement mortar were increased by 16.6% and 7.7%.
