【Abstract】 RNA interference (RNAi) is a rapidly developing technique and has the prospect of genetic manipulation techniques. It can silence specific endogenous or exogenous target gene,and has become an effective means of gene therapy. However,how to achieve the efficient delivery of RNA interference in vivo is still a major obstacle.
