【摘要】 血清肿瘤标志物检测由于取材简便、方法易行并且在某些肿瘤发生之前就有表达,已成为人们诊断肿瘤早期的首选方法;由于单一的血清肿瘤标志物检测准确率不高,导致其在临床上的应用价值受到怀疑。近年来的研究发现,将几种血清肿瘤标志物联合使用可以提高其对肿瘤早期诊断的灵敏度和特异性。因此,寻找新的血清肿瘤标志物是目前肿瘤早期诊断的研究热点。本文综述了新发现的一些血清肿瘤标志物如CSTB、MKRN1、DKK-1、MSMB等及相关研究进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Serum tumor markers have been the most widely used approach for cancer detection for its ultra-sensitive,noninvasive,and high-throughput.However,the limitations of single marker are low accurate prognosis and high false positive rate.In recent studies,there is a new trend for combination several markers to improve the diagnosis efficiency.Moreover,searching new serum tumor markers is an exciting aim in this field.In this review,we focus on some new serum tumor markers and their clinical cancer detection usage.更多还原
