【摘要】 应用层次聚类方法,以自然、社会经济方面的主导因素为评判指标,以GIS技术为支撑,通过定量计算和对土地利用状况进行分区,结合定性分析对各分区单元的调整.结果表明:全市可划分为九龙江湾城镇发展区、泛东山湾港口优势产业发展区和西部山区生态发展区三个综合区.在此基础上,提出了有效调控各分区土地利用的对策措施.为引导和约束人们的土地利用活动,创造和谐的人地关系提供参考.更多还原
