超声波无损检测应用于塑料管道壁厚测试
Application of Ultrasonic Nondestructive Testing in Plastic Pipe Wall Thickness
【摘要】 采用超声波无损检测和常规检测两种方法,分别对无规共聚聚丙(烯PP-R)塑料管道的壁厚进行检测。与常规方法相比,超声波无损检测方法具有测量范围更广、检测精度更高、测量误差范围更小、数据准确性更高等优点是,一种新型塑料管道壁厚测试方法。
【Abstract】 Ultrasonic nondestructive testing and conventional testing were respectively used to detect PP-R plastic pipe wall thickness. Compared with conventional testing method,ultrasonic nondestructive testing method possesses a wider measurement range,more accurate detection precision,less measurement error,and more reliable data,and it is a new type of plastic tube testing method.
