E-MA-GMA对聚乙烯/水镁石粉高填充体系增容作用的研究

【摘要】 采用含甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的三元共聚物(E-MA-GMA),对聚乙烯/水镁石(PE/MGH)高填充体系(质量比40/60)进行增容改性研究。通过对复合体系进行力学性能测试、DSC分析、环境扫描电镜(ESEM)对材料的冲击断面的微观形貌分析等方面的研究。结果表明:增容剂能够影响材料结构,有效地提高PE/MGH高填充复合材料的力学性能。

【Abstract】 Ethylene-methyl acrylate-glycidyl methacrylate terpolymer(E/MA/GMA) were used as compatibilizer in high-filled composite of polyethylene/magnesium hydroxide(PE/MGH=40/60).The effects of polymeric compatibilizer on the properties of the composites were studied by mechanical properties tests,differential scanning calorimetry and morphology studies.The results showed that the microstructure of high-filled composite of PE/MGH was changed with the addition of E/MA/GMA and the mechanical properties of the composites were improved.
