【摘要】 采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸(DNS)比色法测定饲料样品中总淀粉含量。结果表明,该方法标准曲线在0.2～1.2mg范围内,线性关系良好,回归方程Y=0.7442X-0.0465,相关系数r=0.9998,平均加标回收率为96.8%～98.1%。实验表明,DNS比色法测定总淀粉含量简单易行,且重复性好,可作为饲料中总淀粉含量的常规测定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Colorimetric analysis of total starch content in the diet using 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid(DNS)at the wavelength of 540 nm was clarified in the paper.Results showed that glucose within the levels of 1.2 mg was linearly correlated with absorbency values(Y=0.7442X-0.0465,r=0.9998),and the average recovery rate ranged from 96.8 % to 98.1 %.It was concluded that the above method could be conventionally used for total starch content determination in feeds.更多还原
