宽浅式渡槽预应力混凝土多纵梁叠合结构设计
Composite Structure Study of Prestressed Concrete Multi-longitudinal Beams and Cast-in-situ Reinforced Concrete Flume in Wide-shallow Aqueduct
【摘要】 结合南水北调中线左岸排水工程宽浅过水断面的预应力混凝土多纵梁渡槽结构设计,拟定了预制纵梁与现浇槽体形成整体的叠合结构方案。采用三维有限元数值计算方法,以全现浇结构为比较对象,分析了叠合结构在正常使用荷载工况下的截面应力和变形状况。结果表明:在自重作用下,叠合结构的纵梁反拱变形较小,底板基本处于无应力状态,利于长期空槽运行;在水荷载作用下,叠合结构与全现浇结构的受力性能基本相当,底板受力性能优于全现浇结构。研究成果可为同类工程设计提供参考。
【Abstract】 The left bank drainage aqueduct in the Middle-Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion has a wide-shallow section and is designed with composite structure of precast prestressed concrete multi-longitudinal beams and cast-in-situ reinforced concrete flume.The stresses and deformations of aqueducts with composite structure and full cast-in-situ structure were compared herein by three-dimensional finite element method.The calculations show that the longitudinal beam has smaller opposite deformation and the base plate is almost free stress for composite structure aqueduct under self-weight loading,and the stress and deformation of the composite aqueduct are basically the same as those of the full cast-in-situ aqueduct and the stress in base plate is better under water loading.The study can be as reference for designing similar aqueduct.
