惠州抽水蓄能电站水土保持工作模式探索
Soil and Water Conservation for the Construction of Huizhou Pumped-Storage Power Station
【摘要】 在惠州抽水蓄能电站的建设中,通过类比已建广州抽水蓄能电站,预测出公路区域施工期土壤侵蚀模数最大,是工程水土保持设计的重点;借鉴高速公路建设兴起的喷混植生、三维网植草、喷播植草等绿化新技术,综合防治水土流失;建立了全国第一个建设项目水土保持径流小区观测站、量水堰等设施,同步观测施工期水土流失各项指标。为蓄能电站的开发建设提供了可借鉴的水土保持工作模式。
【Abstract】 The largest soil erosion modulus in the construction period of Huizhou Pumped-Storage Power Station is predicted in the road areas by contrasting to Guangzhou Pumped-Storage Station.The soil erosion in these areas are controlled by spraying seeds mixing with base material,3-D mat planting grass and planting grass by spraying seeds.The runoff stations and measurement weir are firstly established for the soil and water conservation of constructing projects in China to monitor the soil erosion during construction.The practices can provide references for the soil and water conservation of pumped-storage power station.
