农村水电生态调度模型及仿真研究
Research on Ecological Scheduling Model and Simulation for Rural Hydropower
【摘要】 以发电量最大为优化调度目标,同时按照生态调度要求设置最小下泄流量作为发电引用流量的约束条件,建立了农村水电生态调度模型。利用电站丰水年、平水年和枯水年的典型径流,采用文化进化算法求解数学模型,进行优化调度仿真,仿真结果说明,单一地追求发电量最大的数学模型有下游断流的危险,而在模型的约束条件中限制发电引用流量,能够满足生态调度要求。无论是枯水年、平水年还是丰水年,优化调度保证了水库均实现相似的水位曲线,且不存在弃水的现象。
【Abstract】 An ecological scheduling model with objectives on achieving maximum power output and meeting the minimum ecological discharge for small hydropower station was established.The mathematic model was simulated by cultural evolution algorithm after using runoffs in wet,average and dry year as input.The calculation results show that the downstream has risk of drying up if the maximum power generation is a unique objective,and the ecological demand on water can be met after setting generating flow limits.After the optimization of station operation,the objectives on ecological requirement and power generation can be met without water waste under different runoff conditions.
