300MW机组除氧器水位控制系统改进
Improvement of water level control system of deaerator in 300 MW unit
【摘要】 在凝结水泵变频改造工作中,为优化除氧器水位控制系统的技术指标,在水位调节阀全开之后,尝试运用无扰切换至变频器控制水位的新方法,减少阀门节流损失,降低了凝结水泵电耗,经济效益显著。
【Abstract】 In the variable frequency reformation of the condensate pump,for optimizing the technical indicators of the water level control system of the deaerator,after the water level adjusting valve was fully opened,as a trial,the water level control was switched over without disturbance to the frequency converter con-trol. The new method can reduce the throttling loss of the valve and the power consumption of the condensate pump,and obtain favorable economical benefit.
