【Abstract】 Aiming at the requirement of the port channel traffic management, this paper discusses the use of VTS systems for security monitoring of vessel traffic and the channel buoys. Using hydro-meteorological data, through specific management control and alarm device settings, the paper also researched how to organize vessel traffic,prevent the ship from wrong route and provide dynamic information for sailing ships.更多还原
