双螺旋槽螺杆马达井下增压器设计
Design of Downhole Supercharger of Double Helical Slots Driven by Screw Motor
【摘要】 针对井下增压器存在的问题,设计了双螺旋槽螺杆马达井下增压器。该增压器以螺杆马达作为动力源,通过动力转向机构将旋转运动转换成直线往复运动,带动柱塞泵增压,将部分泥浆压力提高到100 MPa,从而提高钻井速度。对动力旋转体、销轴滑动轴套等关键零件进行了强度校核,均安全可靠。
【Abstract】 The new downhole supercharger was designed for solving the problems of the old one.The new booster uses screw motor as a power source,changing the rotational movement into linear reciprocating motion by power steering body,driven trunk piston pump to increase part of the mud pressure into ultra high pressure 100 MPa,thus increasing the drilling speed.The strength examination was down in the paper for the key parts of dynamic rotation body and pin sliding bushing,proving to be safe and reliable.
