金属材料疲劳设计及裂纹扩展规律研究与应用
Study and Application on Fatigue Crack Propagation Law and Design of Metal Material
【摘要】 以裂纹的扩展速率为结构损伤判据,分析了几种疲劳裂纹扩展速率计算公式及各自的适用范围;应用Paris公式及Miner线性累积损伤理论对石油管汇中三通管件的疲劳寿命进行了分析。结果表明,以裂纹的扩展速率为判据来估算构件的疲劳寿命是可行的。
【Abstract】 With the crack growth rate being the structural damage’s criterion,the fatigue life of the tee joints of oil pipe joints were analyzed,using Paris law and the theory of Miner and Fatigue crack propagation velocity formula.Their application scope were analyzed,the results showed that the method was effective and feasible applying the rate of fatigue crack growth for estimating the fatigue life of component.
