钻杆失效中流场诱导因素模拟分析
Numerical Simulation Analysis of Flow Field Inducing Factors in Drill String’s Failure
【摘要】 在油气井钻井过程中,约有60%的钻柱失效都与钻井液有关,其中突发区域为加厚过渡带。准确分析管内流体流动对钻杆的影响,以便找到钻杆失效的关键因素。采用有限体积法的数学模型对不同结构尺寸和不同钻井液流速条件下的钻杆内流场进行了模拟,获得了不同条件下的压力场分布。计算结果可以为优化钻杆尺寸、合理选择钻井液流速工艺提供一定的参考。
【Abstract】 In the drilling process of oil and gas well,about 60% of the drill string’s failure is related to drilling fluid and the thickened transitional area is where the outbreak located.An accurate analysis,proceeding from the fluid and the structure of the drilling pipe,of how the drill pipe is influenced by the fluid in the pipe,is crucial for the reduction of failure.Therefore,through the simulation of the flow field in the drilling pipe of different size and different fluid flowing velocities,using the mathematical mode of finite volume method,the pressure field distribution can be acquired,whose results can provide a reasonable reference for the optimization of the size of drilling pipe as well as the technology of drilling fluid.
