【摘要】 目的评价中医综合治疗方案对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效。方法选择溃疡性结肠炎慢性复发型和慢性持续型病例60例,随机分为中药组30例和西药组30例。中药组采用中医综合治疗方案分期、分部位治疗,西药组给予柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗。疗程均为3个月,对有效病例随访6个月,主要观察临床综合疗效、中医证候积分和复发率。结果在临床综合疗效方面,中药组和对照组均较治疗前有明显改善,而中药组完全缓解率和总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05);动态观察治疗后2周、4周、3个月及随访的证候积分可以看出,两组均能有效改善临床症状,其中中药组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);中药组在6个月后随访时的复发率低于对照组,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中医综合治疗方案治疗UC在临床近期疗效、远期疗效方面,均明显优于西药柳氮磺胺吡啶,在抗复发方面更显示出其巨大的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the clinical efficacy on ulcerative colitis(UC)treated with comprehensive program of Chinese medicine.Methods 60 cases of chronic recurrence type and chronic persistent type of UC were selected and randomized into Chinese medicine group(30 cases)and western medicine group(30 cases).In Chinese medicine group,the comprehensive program of Chinese medicine was applied according to the stages and regions of the disease.In western medicine group,sulfasalazine was administered.The session of treatment was 3 months and the follow-up for the effective rate lasted 6 months.The clinical comprehensive efficacy,symptom scores of Chinese medicine and recurrence rate were observed.Results Concerning to the clinical comprehensive efficacy,the remarkable improvement was achieved in either Chinese medicine group or western medicine group as compared with that before treatment.The complete release rate and the total effective rate in Chinese medicine group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).After dynamic observation for 2 and 4 weeks and 3 months,as well as the follow-up,it was seen in symptom scores that either group had achieved the effective improvement in clinical symptoms,in which,the efficacy in Chinese medicine group was superior to that in control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in 6-month follow-up in Chinese medicine group was lower than that in control group,indicating statistical significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Either the short-term or long-term clinical efficacy of the comprehensive program of Chinese medicine is superior remarkably to sulfasalazine on UC,which indicates much huge advantages in anti-recurrence.更多还原
