怡力康对运动性疲劳大鼠自由基代谢的影响
Impacts of Yilikang on Free Radical Metabolism in Rats with Sport Fatigue
【摘要】 目的探讨怡力康对抗运动性疲劳的作用及对运动性疲劳大鼠自由基代谢的影响。方法将72只健康大鼠按随机表法分为安静对照组、运动对照组、西洋参含片组、怡力康小剂量组、怡力康中剂量组、怡力康大剂量组,共6组,每组12只。采用游泳疲劳造模,同时分别给予纯净水、西洋参含片、怡力康(片)灌服,均每天1次,连续21d后检测各组动物游泳力竭时间、自由基代谢相关酶(SOD、MDA、GSH-XP)的活性。结果各游泳组大鼠SOD、GSH-XP活性显著高于安静对照组(P<0.01),西洋参含片组、怡力康各剂量组高于运动对照组(P<0.01);各药物组大鼠血清MDA含量低于安静对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。各游泳组大鼠力竭运动时间较安静对照组显著延长,怡力康各剂量组及西洋参含片组均优于运动对照组(P<0.01)。结论怡力康能够提高自由基代谢相关酶(GSH-PX、SOD)的活性,降低血清MDA含量,提高机体对自由基的清除效率,从而提高机体抗疲劳能力。
【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the impacts of yilikang on anti-sport fatigue and free radical metabolism in the rats with sport fatigue.Methods:72 healthy rats were divided into 6 groups according to random table,12 rats in each one,named rest control group,sport control group,American ginseng tablet group,yilikang low dose group,yilikang medium dose group and yilikang high dose group.The fatigue model rat was set up by swimming.Meanwhile,separately,the pure water,American ginseng tablet and yilikang(tablet)were administered,once per day,continuously for 12 days.Afterwards,the swimming exhaustion time,and the activity of the enzymes related to free radical metabolism(SOD,MDA,GSH-XP)were detected in each group.Results:The activity of SOD and GSH-XP of rats in each swimming group was higher significantly than that in the rest control group(P<0.01),that in American ginseng tablet group and yilikang tablet group was higher than that in the sport control group(P<0.01).The serum MDA content of each drug group was lower than that in the rest control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The swimming exhaustion time in each swimming group was longer significantly than that in the rest control group,and that in each yilikang group and American ginseng tablet group was superior to that in the sport control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yilikang can improve the activity of the enzymes related to free radical metabolism(GSH-PX,SOD),decrease serum MDA content and increase the free radical clearance in the body so that the body anti-fatigue ability is strengthened.
