【摘要】 目的探讨中药外洗为主治疗上肢感染创面的临床疗效。方法 77例患者,随机分为治疗组41例和对照组36例。对照组外科常规换药,呋喃西林纱布湿敷创面,治疗组在对照组处理基础上,在感染急性期过后,换药前用中药外洗,再用中药液浸湿无菌纱布覆盖创面。两组均于3个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组痊愈22例,显效16例,总有效率92.7%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用中药外洗为主治疗上肢感染创面,是一种行之有效的方法 。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect on the infectious wound of the upper limbs treated with the external irrigation of Chinese herbal medicine.Methods 77 cases were divided randomly into a treatment group(41 cases)and a control group(36 cases).In control group,the routine surgical dressing,and wet packing with nitrofurazone gauze were applied.In treatment group,on the basic treatment as control group,after acute infectious stage,the external irrigation of Chinese herbal medicine was adopted before surgical dressing.Additionally,the wound was compressed with wet sterile herbal-soaked gauze.The therapeutic effect was analyzed statistically after 3 sessions of treatment in two groups.Results In treatment group,22 cases were cured,16 cases were effective markedly and the total effective rate was 92.7%,which indicated the significant statistical difference as compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The external irrigation of Chinese herbal medicine is an effective therapy for the infectious wound of the upper limbs.更多还原
