【摘要】 目的观察化瘀泄浊方治疗冠心病(CHD)的疗效。方法将183例确认为CHD的患者随机分为常规治疗组、常规治疗加辛伐他汀组(辛伐他汀组)、常规治疗加化瘀泄浊组(化瘀泄浊组),各组给以相应药物,用药10 d后观察各组血清CRP、IL-6、LDL-C和PPARγ水平。结果常规治疗组、辛伐他汀组、化瘀泄浊组用药后比较,LDL-C、CRP、IL-6下降的幅度和PPARγ升高的幅度,LDL-C、IL-6、CRP与PPARγ负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论化瘀泄浊方治疗CHD疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of huayuxiezhuo formula on coronary heart disease.Methods 183 cases of coronary heart disease were randomized into routine treatment group,routine treatment plus simvastatin group(simvastatin group),and routine treatment plus huayuxiezhuo formula group(formula group).The medication was administered in each group accordingly.Serum CRP IL-6,LDL-C and PPAR γ levels were observed in each group after 10 d medication.Results In comparison among routine treatment group,simvastatin group and formula group,the statistic significant differences presented in the decrease amplitude of LDL-L,CRP and IL-6 and the increase amplitude of PPAR γ,as well as the negative correlation of LDL-L,IL-6 and CRP with PPAR γ(P<0.01).Conclusion Huayuxiezhuo formula has significant efficacy on coronary heart disease.更多还原
