【摘要】 为了探讨沙棘原花青素对人体的抗氧化作用,按照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》2003年版中抗氧化功能人体试食检验方法,采用自身和组间两种对照设计,受试者服用以沙棘原花青素为功效成分的"沙棘花青素胶囊"90d后,进行相关安全性指标及功效指标测定。结果表明:试食前后各项安全性指标均在正常范围内,且未发现明显不良反应。试验组试食前后比较过氧化脂质(MDA)含量下降14.4%,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)升高10.82%,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GHS-px)升高3.78%,自身前后及与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01或0.05)。说明"沙棘花青素软胶囊"对人体安全且具有抗氧化作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to test the seabuckthorn procyanidins on human anti-oxidation,according to "health food inspection and evaluation of technical specifications"in the 2003 edition features human bodies try eating antioxidant testing methods and the group with their own two control design method,participants taken to effectiveness of seabuckthorn procyanidins as the ingredient of "Seabuckthorn anthocyanin capsules" 90d,the associated safety index and efficacy were determined.The results showed that: the security index before and after eating the capsules were within the normal range,and did not find significant adverse reactions.Compared lipid peroxide(MDA) content decreased 14.4% before and after testing group tasting,superoxide dismutase(SOD) increased 10.82%,glutathione peroxidase(GHS-px) increased 3.78%,its compared with the control group before and after,there were significant differences(P<0.01 or 0.05).All those showed that "Seabuckthorn anthocyanin Soft Capsule" on human security and had antioxidant activity.更多还原
