【Abstract】 With a lot of indisputable examples,the author continues to refute Prof.Gu Zhenkun’s absurd theory on poetry translation.Gu’s theory can not stand the test of the poetry translation practice.His four translated texts of Sudden Light seriously contradicts the real meaning of the original poem.Besides this,both his undersdanding of English and his mastering of native language are very poor.This paper unmasks not only the absurdity and duplicity of his translation theory on poetry but also the defects of his learning moral integrity.更多还原
