【Abstract】 An index system adaptable to make water resources allocation plan is put forward herein,and then,an improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is presented in accordance with the characteristics of the quantitative assessment based water resources allocation.Through the multiple comparisons among the quantitative indexes,a judgement matrix is established,which proves that the judgement matrix constructed with this methodology can meet the requirement of consistency.Furthermore,the practicability of the improved method is certified through the selection of the recommended plan of the water resources allocation as well.更多还原
