【摘要】 为了实施能力成熟度模型集成(CMMI)高成熟度实践,研究了层次分析法(AHP)和统计过程控制(SPC)两种重要的定量分析技术在量化过程管理中的应用。应用AHP建立从量化的目标到过程的映射关系,为过程进行优先级排序,辅助选择待分析的标准过程和项目过程。应用SPC建立组织过程性能基线,并定量地监控项目过程能力和过程稳定性。通过实例表明了应用AHP和SPC辅助量化过程管理的实施方法,最后分析了在应用AHP和SPC时要注意的问题。

【Abstract】 To implement the CMMI(capability maturity model integration) high maturity practices,the application of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and statistical process control(SPC),as two important quantitative analysis techniques in quantitative process management are studied.AHP is applied to establishing quantitative object-process mapping,sort priority for processes,and the organizational standard processes and project-defined processes are selected which are to be analyzed.SPC is applied to establishing organizational pro-cess performance baseline,and the projects’ process capacity and process stability is monitor.By some application cases,it is showed that how AHP and SPC are applied to implementing quantitative process management.Finally,the case analysis is performed for the important issues in applying AHP and SPC.
