基于仿真的高速电路主板系统信号完整性研究
Research of high speed circuit system signal integrity based on simulation
【摘要】 为了缩短电子产品研发周期和提高产品设计的成功率,提出了解决信号完整性问题的端接匹配法。首先分析了所面临的信号完整性问题,在此基础上建立了数学模型,指出关键参数的选取与判断是设计过程中的难点。对一具体实例进行仿真研究和参数优化,结果表明了该方法在解决串扰和反射方面的有效性。
【Abstract】 To reduce the electronic product design lifecycle and increase the success rate of product design, a method of matching termination to solve the issue of signal integrity is presented. Firstly, the issue of signal integrity is analyzed. Then, a mathematical model based on analysis is constructed. It is pointed out that the difficulty in scheme design is to identify and evaluate key parameters. An application case of simulation analysis and parameter optimization demonstrated the effectiveness of the method for solving crosstalk and reflection.
