中药远志改善D-半乳糖模型鼠学习记忆能力及其机制研究
Effects and mechanism of Polygala tenuifolia.willd.on the aging model mouse induced by D-galactose
【摘要】 目的:探讨中药远志改善D-半乳糖模型鼠学习记忆能力及其可能的作用机制。方法:采用皮下注射D-半乳糖建立小鼠衰老模型,并设对照组和远志给药组。采用跳台法检测各实验组小鼠学习记忆能力,分光光度法检测小鼠脑细胞抗氧化能力,ELISA法检测IL-1β和IL-6含量。结果:远志给药组小鼠学习记忆能力及脑细胞的抗氧化能力均较模型组有显著的提高,IL-1β和IL-6的含量则显著减少。结论:远志通过其抗氧化作用可降低氧化损伤所致脑组织炎症因子含量的增加,改善D-半乳糖模型鼠学习记忆能力。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the role of Polygala tenuifolia.willd. on learning and memory in the aging model mouse induced by D-galactose and possible mechanism. Methods:D-galactose was injected by subcutaneous to establish the aging mouse model,and the mice were divided into control and treatment groups. The step-down test was performed to evaluate the capability of learning and memory. Spectrophotometry was used to measure the antioxidation ability of the cells in the mouse brain. ELISA was adopted to detection the contents of IL-1β and IL-6. Results:The learning and memory ability of the mice and the antioxidation ability of brain cells were increased significantly in the treatment group compared with that of control group,while the contents of IL-1β and IL-6 were significantly decreased in the treatment group. Conclusion:Polygal tenuifolia.willd. could decrease the contents of inflammation factors in the damaged brain regions caused by oxidation through its antioxidation function,and thus to improve the learning and memory ability of the aging model mice induced by D-galactose.
