柠檬酸在Sol-gel制备Al2O3/Mo混合粉体过程中的作用
Analysis on Effects of Citric Acid on Preparation of Al2O3 / Mo Powder by Sol-gel Method
【摘要】 采用溶胶凝胶法和二次还原工艺成功制备了Al2O3/Mo超细粉末,利用XRD、SEM对还原后不同柠檬酸添加量的粉末相的结构、形貌、粒度进行了分析,并结合实验结果,阐述了柠檬酸在粉体制备过程中的作用机理。结果表明,在溶液pH<2,柠檬酸与钼酸铵质量比为1.5时,所得粉体质量较好。
【Abstract】 Ultrafine Al2O3/Mo mixture powders were successfully prepared by sol-gel and secondary deoxidation techniques.The phase structure,morphology and size of the powders were analyzed by XRD and SEM.Meanwhile,the mechanism of citric acid in the preparation of the powder was expounded.The results show that the better quality of powders are obtained under the conditions of pH<2 and mass ratio(citric acid and ammonium molybdate) about 1.5.
