变形温度和变形次数对7A04-T6铝合金组织与性能影响

【摘要】 研究了不同变形温度和变形次数下7A04铝合金组织与性能的变化规律。结果表明,在320、360℃下变形,7A04铝合金以动态回复为主要软化机制;在400℃以上变形时,发生动态再结晶,温度升高有利于动态再结晶进行。变形温度升高,合金中的粗大第二相减少,T6态铝合金强度随变形温度的升高而增大,塑性则先降低后增加。随着变形次数增加,在320℃和360℃变形时,第二相聚集粗化,分布在晶界上,合金的强度和塑性均下降;而在400℃以上变形时,强度和塑性在变形次数低于4次时增加。

【Abstract】 The evolution law of microstructure and properties of 7A04 alloy at different deformation temperature and times was studied.The results show that,when 7A04 alloy is deformed below 360 ℃,the hot deformation structure is mainly dynamic recovery structure,recrystallization would occur above 400 ℃.High temperature is beneficial for recrystallization.With the increase of deformation temperature,thick second phase reduces,the strength of T6 alloy increases,but plastic decreases first and then increases.When 7A04 alloy is deformed at 320 ℃ and 360 ℃,with the increase of deformation times,the second phases aggregate and distribute in the grain boundary,the strength and plastic of T6 alloy decrease.But when deforming above 400℃,the strength and plastic of T6 alloy increase when deformation times is less than four times.
