大型钢锭在高温炉中加热时导温系数的计算
Thermal Diffusivity Calculation of Large Steel Ingot Heated in High Temperature Furnace
【摘要】 计算大型钢锭在加热炉中加热的数学模型中要涉及到钢锭导温系数的选择,本文给出计算钢锭导温系数的方法,取热惰性系数为38000,计算钢锭加热温度随时间的变化曲线,所得曲线与实验曲线符合得较好。
【Abstract】 The mathematical model of large-scale steel ingot when heating up in the heating furnace was obtained by calculation involving the choice of steel ingot thermal diffusivity.The method for calculating steel ingot thermal diffusivity was given,taking the thermal coefficient as 38000.The change curve of steel ingot heating temperature with time was calculated.The calculation curve and experimental curve is close to each other.
