22mm 6061-T6铝合金板的搅拌摩擦焊接
Friction Stir Welding of 22 mm Plate of 6061-T6 Aluminum Alloy
【摘要】 采用搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)方法对厚度为22mm的6061-T6铝合金板进行单道对接焊实验,并对焊缝的力学性能和微观组织进行了分析。结果表明,用FSW方法焊接22mm厚的6061-T6铝合金板可得到成形美观、内部无缺陷的平板对接接头。在旋转速度为1000r/min、焊接速度为120mm/min时,其焊接接头的σb=205MPa,为母材强度的66%。
【Abstract】 6061-T6 aluminum alloy plate with 22 mm thickness was connected by FSW,the micro-structure,mechanical property of the welded joint were analyzed.The results demonstrate that the welded joint with good appearance and detect-free in the inner can be obtained under optimum joining conditions.When the rotating speed is 1000 r/min and the welding speed is 120 mm/min,the tensile strength of the welded joint reaches 205 MPa,approaches to 66% that of the matrix material.
